Refund & Return

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 calendar days after buyer receives the parcel. To qualify for return:

  • The wall mounted folding table must be unused, unassembled, in original new condition.
  • All original packaging, brackets, screws, installation manual and accessories must be complete.
  • You need to contact our support team to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending items back. Returns without RMA will not be processed.

2. Cases eligible for return

  1. Item arrives damaged, broken or defective in manufacturing.
  2. Wrong item / incorrect size shipped by our mistake.
  3. Product has quality issue verified by photos/videos provided by buyer.

3. Non-returnable situations

  • Custom size / custom color wall folding tables (custom products are final sale and cannot be returned).
  • Items assembled, installed, scratched or damaged due to improper installation, misuse.
  • Missing parts, damaged original packaging caused by buyer.
  • Return request submitted after 30-day return window expired.

4. Return Shipping Cost

  • If item is defective, broken on arrival, or we shipped wrong product: We cover return shipping cost. We will provide pre-paid return label.
  • If buyer changes mind, ordered wrong size / does not like the item: Buyer bears all return shipping fees. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

5. Refund Processing Cycle

Once we receive and inspect the returned wall mounted folding table:

  • Inspection will be finished within 3–5 business days.
  • Approved refund will be issued to original payment account within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund arrival time depends on your bank / PayPal processing speed.

7. Exchange Option

You may request exchange instead of refund if stock available. The shipping difference cost will follow the same rule above.
