Shipping
1. Order Processing & Preparation Time
- Order verification: 1–2 business days for payment confirmation and order review.
- Warehouse preparation & quality inspection: 2–4 business days.
Total handling time (before dispatch): 3–6 business days after successful payment. This time excludes weekends and public holidays.
2. Logistics Carrier & Tracking
We cooperate with multiple international logistics carriers, including [DHL / FedEx / UPS / YunExpress, fill your actual carrier]. Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send the tracking number to your registered email address within 24 hours. You may track shipment status via carrier’s official website or our online tracking page.
3. Transit Time (Shipping Transportation)
Estimated delivery transit time after shipment:
- US / CA: 7–14 business days
- UK / EU Countries: 8–16 business days
- Australia / New Zealand:10–18 business days
Transit time is estimation only, may be delayed due to customs inspection, local holidays or extreme weather.
4. Shipping Regions
We ship to most countries and regions worldwide.
5. Countries We DO NOT Ship To
We cannot deliver to the following destinations: Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Sudan, Crimea region. We reserve the right to update restricted shipping list without prior notice.
6. Customs & Import Tax
Import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT or any local taxes are buyer’s responsibility. We will declare goods according to real product value as customs requirement.
7. Important Notes
- Delivery address cannot be modified once parcel leaves our warehouse. Please double-check your shipping address when placing order.
- If package returned to sender caused by wrong address, refused customs clearance, buyer will bear related costs.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
